That you will not share your serial number, login links nor any part of the Eureka Daylily Online Supplement
That you indemnify and save Eureka harmless from and against any and all losses for expense, including without limitation, those resulting from claims or suits involving copyright, intellectual property, trademark, plagiarism, libel, violations of rights of privacy and from any through the use of the Eureka Gardening Collection, Inc. Webpages.
