IDENTIFICATION. If mailing, be sure and print or type all of the following information: your name, address, city, state, zip, area code, phone number and Email address. If calling, be sure to spell everything so that we will be certain to be able to ship your book(s) to the correct address.

LIST ITEMS. List all the items that you want to purchase along with the price of each and then subtotal the amount.

TAX. If your order will be shipped to a North Carolina address, you must include 7.75% sales tax added to the subtotal before adding in the shipping and handling for the final total.

USA SHIPPING AND HANDLING. Add your shipping and handling at $5.95 for the first book and then add $3.95 per additional book sent to the same address at the same time. S/H for CDs is $2.95 for one to four DVDs or CDs. All domestic retail book orders will be sent Priority Mail. Domestic retail CD and DVD orders will be sent First Class Mail. Be sure and total the amount due at the bottom of your letter.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING. If you are ordering outside the USA, you should Email your order indicating ALL the titles you would like to order. We will add your air freight shipping to your credit card bill and ship by Global Priority where possible. Global Priority shipping and handling charges usually are $11.95 per book for MOST Canadian orders and $14.95 per book for MOST books for other countries with Global Priority services. CDs and DVDs are $3.95 for Canada and $4.95 for most other countries. We can not guarantee delivery on international shipments but usually have had no problems. We MUST have your daytime phone number for shipment of international orders.

Whichever of the following methods you use to place your order, please provide your Name, Postal Mailing Address (we ship by Priority Mail to domestic destinations or Global Priority Mail to international destinations), Telephone Number, Email Address and Credit Card Number and Expiration Date.

International Orders. We cannot guarantee delivery on international shipments but we have had no problems with orders shipped to Canada, most of Western Europe, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. Also, we must have your daytime phone number to ship internationally.

Refunds. Any refunds made on credit card charges will be made less our incurred fees for both the initial charge and the credit transaction, usually an 8% deduction from the refund.
